“Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.” John F. Kennedy
P.E. means "Powerful Education"!!!
Physical Education is the cornerstone for productivity in the classroom.
Flexibility is an important component of physical health and our keiki participate in yoga style flexibility building.
Being heart healthy is critical to future well being and our children do aerobic and anaerobic running daily.
Our younger keiki focus on building hand/eye coordination and motor skill development.
Our Annual Kickball Tournament and our Olympic Team Games are just two of the many events designed to teach our children how to be team players and the importance of working together with others to achieve a goal. These are valuable lessons they will use their whole lives long.
Kids and teens today have a lot of things on their minds—but all too often physical activity and eating healthy are not among them. This program teaches young people some fitness and nutrition fundamentals while making it fun for them so that they’ll take these lessons into adulthood.
