There is no fee to APPLY to Sacred Hearts School. Please note that an application is a submission of interest and does not guarantee enrollment. 

If your student is accepted to Sacred Hearts School and offered a place of enrollment, a non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration and ensures your placement is secured. 

The application process:
  1. Complete and Submit Application
    1. Visit our application page here. You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted. 
    2. If your student application is progressed, you will move off of the waitlist and receive an offer of enrollment via email. 
  2. Prepare Documents/Records
    1. While your application is being processed, it is highly recommended you begin obtaining the necessary documents and records for your student. If your student is offered enrollment, our online platform is where you will upload the required student documents. 
    2. Required student documents include:
      1. Birth Certificate
      2. TB Clearance
      3. Vaccination/Immunization Records
      4. Transcripts/Report Cards
      5. Certificate of Baptism
  3. Apply for Financial Aid
    1. Applications are now open for the 2024-2025 school year. In order to qualify for tuition assistance, you will be required to complete a formal financial aid application administered by our supporting third-party provider, Augustine Educational Foundation. See our Financial Aid webpage for more.
  4. Assessments 
    1.  Administering a short assessment helps form a better understanding of your student's knowledge and skills and can give insights into grade-level readiness. This assessment may be requested either prior to or after an offer of enrollment.

Enrollment Process 

(Must be completed and confirmed prior to your student's first day with Sacred Hearts School) If your student is offered placement:

1. Now that you are notified of your admission, you will receive an email notification where you will be able to complete the enrollment packet for your student in order to supply important student information and documents.

2. Once the enrollment packet is submitted, you will receive confirmation and preparation information for your students first day. Your tuition agreement and financial plan is set up in your enrollment packet. 3. Watch your email for other important communications for new families and important dates.  Familiarize yourself with the school website and the resources, including our very informative Parent-Student Handbook.

We look forward to welcoming you back for another year of unity, faith and excellence in education. Now more than ever, we are grateful for the opportunity to malama the keiki and community of West Maui.

A non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration and ensures your placement is secured. In extenuating circumstances, if a family does not qualify for financial aid and cannot continue as a registered student due to financial or housing reasons, your registration fee will be refunded.

K- 12th Registration fee: $250  **Early enrollment offer: complete enrollment by Feb 1st to receive $100 discount

ELC Registration fee: $375  ** Early enrollment offer: complete enrollment by Feb 15th to receive $100 discount
